I have never seen Jonathan play live, but I honestly don't see him as a big loss ...his brother certainly was though
Yes Joe McKnight was the reason LSU didnt win the '07 MNC.

Jonathan, we didnt need your brother and we dont need you..
Good luck with your future.

Our staff would have put McKnight on the bench anyway or put some 1 TD/game limit on his arse.

He's getting and will continue to get more playing time at USC.

they actually would've most likely put Keiland on the bench in 07 for McKnight since they promised him so much PT which would've hurt our offense a lot (up to the point where Keiland hit the too many big plays threshold each game and got benched).

He is no where near as good as his brother. Let him go. He is not high on Les's list.

Joe McKnight probably would be starting at CB, along with returning punts and kickoffs, and be a future early 1st round draft pick if he would have come here. He would have had a long and successfull career in the NFL playing at the position his skill set is ideal for.

no doubt he would have been our punt returner from Day 1 over Chad Jones

probably our best kick returner too ..helluva lot better option than KW at that

I think he would have had at least a few punts returned for TDs ...he would have been effective in the slot and at RB too, but you're right..it would have been part time

doesn't he share RB duties at USC. Is he the primary running back at USC? Probably would have been bout the same here if he would have stayed at RB. He is not going to beat out someone like Charles Scott or maybe not even Keiland to be the primary starting RB.

I'm talking about rushing yards/carries.

I'm not convinced he'd be getting more carries here than he's getting at USC.

i would prefer any kid from john curtis to go else where...the whole school has absolutely no class....they think they're above the world...i know this from first hand experience. i could care less if the school was burned to the ground...they're just not worth the time

Can you tell us how you really feel..

Thinking back, who might be the best player to come out of JC.
Chris Jackson did well at LSU. Looking back, players from WM, Breaux Bridge and a few others have done well for LSU.

John Curtis and Saban are tight. And now they are both on the same side...........against LSU.
