I mean I get that the sky isn't falling, but can't everyone just admit that we have a recruiting problem right now? Whether its about needing more recruiting help on staff, or if it's about the negative press the team has gotten since the MNC, but either way we are having some recruiting troubles.

Weare just going to have to play mad every game next season and run up the score offensively on every team we can to make this stop. This is not about LSU. This is about les a d until he comes out of his closet and realizes it, admits he was wrong and it was his fault, it will not stop.

He mentioned he spoke with landon collins on his twitter. And how he opened his eyes to some things. Nt good at all

Yep. it has nothing to do with facts only perception. 23-3, best record in SEC last 2 years, Sec champs, Bednarick and Thorpe 2 years straight, and yet a defensive decommit. This sky is falling stuff is killing recruiting. Just find a new team to root for.

I think more of the problem is that people continue to smash on the coaching staff and the prgram as a whole. I guarantee you that LSU recruits are searching the internet to see what people are saying about them and when TD comes up and they start reading all the crap people post about needing new coaches, our recruiting is heading down, Bama is the almighty CFB power, they start second guessing becasue our fans are supposed to have "inside knowledge" about the program.

CLM and his staff are going to continue to do the same things they have always done. Recruit highly talented players to LSU and try to make them comfortable with the program. It's the fans job to show the love to the players recruited and help convince them that they want to come play here for the program we love. Instead they get "this recruiting class sucks is subpar, is weak, etc." Hoenstly, if I was a recruit and I watched LSU this year and saw how the fans turned against some of their players and then how fans don't even appreciate the loyalty I am showing by staying with my committment to LSU, I would be decommitting and going somewhere that wants me to be there.

I'm going to laugh if someone else posted this on his page without his knowledge and all the over-reactors on here look dumb.

Still a year away from next year's NSD and already the sky is falling. Just stop following recruiting if you get agitated at every little thing

This is just updated info from a commit. The op is not agitated at all...a lot of other LSU fans are, but he is not.

I get your frustration though man, I really do. This past month has been unbelievable. But people seem to be jumping ninja style on every post that might be construed as negative to LSU...even if the post is just listing a fact with no commentary.

Lets just point out that Brazil has over a year to his NSD and a lot can happen until then. And when he says something good about LSU, lets make sure we post that too.

if recruits are basing their decision on whether or not to come to LSU on stuff they read on TD then our problems are even worse than most of us think. miles is simply getting outrecruited and the title game performance on the big stage did nothing to help him. he needs to make some adjustments and do it fast.

Wtf

What other schools are showing interest or have offered?

He is fast, incredibly fast. Sucks if he is gone.

Maybe it was a mutual decommitment because we are short on spots.

17 year old junior in highschool massively cares about what people think about him, becasue he has big dreams to play in a stadium that will love him and make it to the NFL. These kids don't think like 30+ year olds. You talk shite about a recruit and the recruit sees it, he gets mad and bolts, it's that simple.
