Here's an update on an under-the-radar running back that plays for the Picayune Maroon Tide here in Picayune, MS. After two games he has averaged 263 yards rushing per game. In their first game against the Moss Point Tigers(a traditonal MS playoff team), Hall rushed for 267 yards on 23 carries with his last carry coming with 6:56 left in the third quarter. Picayune beat Moss Point 53-13. Against Forest County AHS the next week, Hall rushed for 260 yards on 29 carries. So far he has 527yds on 52 carries and 6 touchdowns in two games. Here's a link the the Moss Point recap Picayune-Moss Point

Jamal Hall

Ht:5'7"
Wt:175 lbs

Seems small and light for an SEC back. Good luck to him though.

The 5'7 175 was last years profile. He is 190 of pure muscle this year. Who ever picks him up will have a hell of a running back.

Easiest way to ensure you bring a guy down is to tear his head off. Good form right there imo.

One of the most impressive things about Hall is that Picayune doesn't have much of a passing attack. Most of those yards have come against 8 and even 9 men stacked in the box knowing he's going to get the ball. He's extremely quick through the line.
