Fournette is faster than Hill
True story.
Brazil holds the state record in the 55 meters with 6.25 seconds (broke Trindon Holliday's record).
Fournette ran the 55m in 6.73, which is blazing for his size. LINK

you must be young.
I'm 50. I watched TD. He was a master at running through gaping holes. Lester, you're the kind of guy who sees that and thinks you're looking at a great back. You and the commentators.

The backup to TD in 1997 was Vaughn Hebron. Who? Yeah, and the few times he saw action he also was able to run through gaping holes. In one game against Frisco Vaughn had 12 carries for 64 yards while TD had 10 for 28. In the last game of the season they rested TD and the backups ran for 113 yards.
For the two years Vaughn Hebron played a lot for Denver he had nearly a 5 ypc average on 98 carries for 484 yards. During those years TD averaged 4.6. It didn't matter who the Broncos put at RB - giant holes awaited him.
Of course no one else ran for 2000 yards. TD was getting the carries. But in 2000, with Elway gone and the Broncos well past their prime, Mike Anderson rushed for 1487!
