Don't you have to be a winner at some point to use the term rebuild? There was never a foundation. Let's just say build a successful program when referring to Kansas football

I think you are on the right track. I'm a huge Tiger fan, don't like were this going, but who can fault someone Hull for his desire to exceed! Not sure how long the kids hold on, but if they do, times are a changing.

A good number of them will stay at KU for the same reasons that they committed in the 1st place. Plus Tony Hull will be picking up LA players for several more years.

Hey doctordave77,

Ok, what do I have wrong?

1. Kansas is the doormat of the Big 12 plain and simple.

- if they aren't than who is? Be honest you know that Kansas is the doormat in football in the Big 12, obviously not basketball but definitely football.

2. Every SEC school and any football program worth a merit would love a pipeline into the New Orleans area recruits.

- if you don't think that is the case, then we don't need to have any further discussions because that would prove you don't know a damn thing about recruiting.

3. I can promise every college coach has taken note of what Hull is doing.

- it is all over the college recruiting services what Hull is doing in N.O., anyone who wants to recruit in Louisiana is taking notice!

4. That is a recipe for Hull not being at Kansas next season!!!

- Unfortunately for you and Kansas that is the way the college football coaching carousel works. The strong pillage from the weak, it is just darwin's law.

Look I commend Hull and Kansas for doing what they are doing but Hull's success means he will not be a Jayhawk long. I personally feel he will be gone by the end season of 2017.

When a bigger and better institution comes knocking he is gone!
