Without a doubt a Catholic school expels someone for this accusation. I do not think this has any relation to the validity of her accusation.

LSU does not have to comment and will not comment.
What will happen is Hill probably will not sign on signing day with anyone. LSU will still not have to comment about anything including on whether they will pull offer. You cannot comment on recruits or commitments only signees.
My guess is he will not sign and LSU will probably never have to say anything about it as it should be. The courts will handle it and that will determine Hill's future.
