Good comparison for Marcel Brooks = Derwin James??

Seems to have the same athletic ability.
Rangy, can drop back and run with skill players, can come off the edge and rush the passer.

The LSU website lists him as a safety and Orgeron mentioned using him in a similar way they use Grant Delpit during his press conference.

In fairness, we use Delpit differently than a regular safety. And I’m not sure where James is officially listed, but he plays all over the place. That said, I know nothing about Brooks, so can’t comment on him specifically.
