I assumed you had to enter by a certain date, not decide. But I could be wrong. Steens been in the portal for awhile

Yes you have to enter by Feb. 1st to play football. You can sign after the date.

This. The OL has shown improvement in the Spring and has the necessary depth for the coming season. If he’s interested and a better, sure-fire starter at Center from outside the SEC doesn’t hit the portal soon, bring him in and let him sit for a season.
ETA- After seeing some of the opinions from UGA, maybe this guy is a bust and a hard pass. Stars aren’t everything.

If anyone enters the portal from SEC at this point they're not transferring to another SEC school per how the rules work. They're looking for instant PT.
