Haven’t read the entire thread. But this is really easy and you’re an idiot for not realizing it:

1) we don’t have to
2) we don’t want to, we would rather sign people that want to be here instead of playing highest bidder for high school divas that may change their mind after one year if they don’t get their way (starting right away, etc)
