Exactly. Sadly, LSU ignores the northern part of the state usually, or at least that is the perception of the population up here. Then, when LSU wants someone from here they wonder why it’s such a tough fight for the kid. LSU recruiters need to spend more time in the area “being seen” on a yearly basis even if they ultimately aren’t going to offer anyone. If you go to high school games here(I do frequently) you’ll see guys from other SEC schools WAY more often than LSU. Suddenly, they’ll pop in and wonder why they have an uphill battle on their hands. Have to be here early just like any other place in the state

The recruiting folks at LSU are keenly aware of NLa.......you’re over stating your observations. Now, you did say perception, and that may be the case but it’s an erroneous perception.
