It looks like the Tigers will be fine at safety! And that is all that matters. Get the kid who bleeds purple and gold. We need them to have heart in tough situations and will give it their all.

Everybody needs to chill & let the Hootie thing play out. The whining & vitriol you see posted is not helpful & it's my understanding that LSU still has an in-home on Sunday. If that don't close the deal it just wasn't going to happen & we just move on. To be honest as possible, I happen to believe the team will be just fine and whether or not Hootie is a Tiger the overall class will be a great one. I hate to lose our local kids as much as the next guy but it will happen. Remember it happens everywhere though and it's not the end of the world.

Because people were twisting the words to make Jamal Adams appear to be a backup plan for Hootie which isn't the case. They want both

Exactly. Both LSU and Bama want Hootie at SS I'd imagine given his size, while Adams/Hampton would be a FS at either school.

just amazing how the tone of the board just changed all of a sudden. Less than 24 hours ago, people were writing hootie off and comparing him to jamal. In reality, we have no clue what the coaching staff is thinking. This may have been the plan all along. who knows, but like i've said before, I think hootie ends up a tiger. Lets stop talking shite and turning our back about these kids when they make a decision that affects "THEM" not us. I hate bama as much as anyone, but that shite is pathetic. Some of you are posting in this thread too smh. In the words of Chris..."COME ON MAN."

Any info from anyone that claims to have sources sends this board into a frenzy. It's hilarious

I bet there are people on here who think Memphis talks to Frank Wilson

With the advent of that Jamal thread, I just presumed that we were targeting him because of the hootie situation. I've made it apparent that I don't really know the ins and outs of our recruiting, so that's what it seemed like to me.

Thanks for the clarification
