Whether we hold on to him until signing day is another matter altogether, but if Miami is relying on a strong season to help with their push then I'm glad we don't have to worry about Miami.

nobody is going to be a dynasty anymore the way cfb is structured
2 conferences where you will play most of the teams in your conference every couple of years are going to make up 17 of the top 20 recruiting classes and almost all of the top portal classes.
That creates parity plus having to play and extra game or 2 against good teams will balance out power
