Eugene wil have to go to community college before coming to LSU, and will have to work on holding on to the ball before coming unless he wants to be in Mile's doghouse

Hey how is Sammy Scofields head? Eugene rocked him a few times during the game. I felt for the kids safety after his helmet flew off after getting blasted. Hopefully he's ok.

Have you seen Eugene play in person?

If so, can you give me a little run down of him as a player?

Runs the ball hard. Not fast, but hits the hole very hard. On defense, hard hitter that is super aggressive. Reminds me of Laron Landry in the way he plays, which worries me. If he is put at safety he will make some big plays and huge hits. He'll also give up some big plays on playaction.

I have seen him play all year and being a tiger fan let me say I am happy he is going to be a tiger!
He plays bigger than his size, could play offense it defense, has a nose for the football on defense and has great vision out of the backfield. Had 1850 yds rushing on 180 carries and only played half the game on offense. Had 7 ints and held one of the states best receivers in the state to a couple of catches before being ejected in the 2nd quarter. Really under rated player imho

More like 4 at best. Why do you think he got ejected? He was frustrated.......

Glad we aren't gonna pass this time around and let him rape us later. Nelson was even more of a freak though.

Jericho Nelson was not better than Micah coming out of hs. I hate hearing people say this kid is not fast, if he gets in front of the defender they are not catching him, at least no kids in LA 5A football. He was the man at tailback the whole year and played safety almost the entire game. That's incredible to be as effective as he was playing that much.

Do you think he could play the hybrid LB spot that Chavis loves?

probably too small to play LB but looks to be the perfect candidate to play like ron and tyrann did around the LOS mixing alot of blitz and dropping into coverage.

He was much stronger and faster, but not nearly as instinctive as Eugene at the same age.

I was hoping LSU wouldn't offer him. Congrats.
