Could Rakim Jarrett be the next WR commit

Was watching Elias and Jermaine's Instagram live and Elias kept mentioning numerous times "Oh we gettin Rakim" and Jermaine responded, "We going after Rakim hard!"
Rakim then responds to Jermaine's twitter with

If we got Jarrett it would probably only be 3 and I’d be totally fine with that. I don’t think we will land him though. I think Koy Moore is probably our best bet as our 3rd option. Jakhi Douglas seems to be UF bound, but who knows.

Jarrett is the most “under reported” kid on LSUs radar.........there’s certain “insiders” on other sites besides here and 247 that agree this kid is LEGIT, and LSU is at the top of his list....
