Moore, I think is coming out of respect for his friend Shep. Notre Dame fans have been feeling pretty good about him since his visit in November.
Three things: (1) the three schools on his list are Colorado, ND, and LSU. Two of them are cold weather schools. (2) He says academics are important. ND has to lead because they certainly aren't good at football. (3) ND's depth chart is slightly more favorable.
Remember how Pryor got on LSU late in the game and ended up signing with the team that he was on since the beginning? Very short time to build relationships. I hope that I am wrong because Moore basically shut down every wide receiver at the USC camp.
