An 80 grade is fairly high for a under the radar guy like this. That translates to a 4 star right? Anyways, I think rivals is going to bump him to a high 3 or low 4 star IMO.

That puts him somewhere right outside the ESPN 150 and within the top 250 or so players in the country according to them. The last few guys on the 150 are graded 80.

Have you seen him in person and if so what would you personally grade him?

I went to see him play last friday and he has good ball skills. He caught two passes in double coverage! He went up and got over everyone and made sure he was the only one coming down with it. One he bobbled but kept his head on it and snatched it up. Good jumping ability too!!

The possibilities are now, if another safety is taken, Telfort, Johns, or Myles.

Janzen Jackson jumping ship to Alabama might have triggered this offer to MC. Thoughts?

negative

Someone already in the fold may have triggered the sudden offer, not JJ. Also the reality of JM, XFilo, T. Richardson and possibly the safty to USC may have contributed.

However if we get Cambell or Hall or both, then it is a wash.

The best way to grade him is by how many ACL's and MCL's that are torn while chasing him down. Against Minden, there was so little flow to the game because they had to have official time outs in order to get kids off the field (no one was seriously hurt in the making of these highlights). The game before he ran sideline to sideline for a 6 yard gain. The amazing thing is that 10 defenders had a hand on him at one point during the play.

STUD!

That's crazy! People started doubting miles and the recruiters because no one heard of him ..then espn grades him and he gets an 80!! I was one of those that had never heard of him but figured if we offered then he must be good!! Just goes to show..DONT ever doubt Miles!!

It sounds like he is smooth and fluid. Seems to glide when he is in motion.

Doesn't that remind you more of a WR than a CB?
