Those times are not accurate - and are not anywhere near anything he has ever run. So you won’t see.

20.3 isn't real, that's like top of the SEC in track times as a high schooler. Not one kid at the USATF U20 Championships ran that. fastest I can find for Billiot is 22.88 in the 200, still pretty quick but not a burner
