Serious question, if/when Cam Sims gets "processed" due to Bama crunching numbers, will CRob decommit?

We obviously didn't see the messages he got when he committed to Bama from jaded fans, but I would be willing to bet that's where his tweeted ill will towards LSU generated from. it's not like the kid HATES LSU, he just hates stupid fans that take to a social media site to bash a kid for choosing what he wants to do

Who knows? Probably helps us. But Sims isn't getting processed because of numbers, if anything, it'll be because of grades. I wish people gave him more respect. The dude does not suck at all...he's legit.

there is nothing to be gained by telling a 5 Star kid from West Monroe High School that he is not allowed to visit LSU.
crazier things have happened before.
Kids have committed and recruited for schools only to flip at a later date. The coaches have to keep pushing for him.

If he wanted to screw LSU he could have pulled and Janzen Jackson. He actually did us a semi-favor by annoucing early.

That is the way it seemed at the time. Since then, however, Cam has gone out of his way to badmouth LSU and try to pull other targets to Bama. In retrospect, it looks like the rumors may have been true about him being guided the entire way by Bama insiders and being a silent commit long ago.

My understanding was that he was just going to the game; not on any type of recruiting visit.

Do I have this right? Hootie is on an OV which is a lot diff that an unofficial. So he may see Cam a little bit but he's gonna be touring campus, talking with coaches, advisors, professors, etc. where as the others are just attending the game and what not?

It's absolutely a recruiting visit...officially or unofficially, it doesn't matter. They know he's coming and they will talk with him.

cam has had every chance to get into Hootie's ear and I don't think an ov is relevant to the Hootie committing to LSU. Also, there are no other LSU targets that cam would potentially have an effect on.
