Bamajohn, I like you in a non-gay, you're a decent poster way. Stick around here, ignore people that jump to conclusions because you're a gump and keep coming with the decent info, opinion, debate.

Welcome.........unfortunately Gumps like you are few and far between.

I'd give it 45/40 LSU/Alabama for Randle right now with whoever the 3rd team is (Oklahoma?) with the remaining 15%

Looks about right. Although I would personally say :

Rueben R- 40% LSU, 35% Bama, 25% Other

I think alot of "inside info" is wrong in this situation.

I'd put Randle at 70 LSU, 25 Bama, 5 other.
Kelly 70 Bama, 20 LSU, 10 other
Trent 94 Bama, 5 LSU, 1 other.
Campbell 5 Bama/LSU, 95 other

Just my opinion though.

This guy is copying exactly the percentages that Tim Watts, the mod at BOL, posted for Randle.

I think Randle, is another Jones, he will just wait untill late in the recruiting year to commit. Randle will commit to LSU, just like Jones did to Alabama last year.

I believe that is how it will play out also.

From what I hear, Saban has been going after two out-of-state cornerbacks very hard lately, Branden Smith and Marsalis Teague. Anyone think this means Kirkpatrick might not be as much of a 'lock' to Bama as most think?

I don't think it means that at all. Any team in the country would be glad to have Smith for sure. If they pulled Dre and Smith, then it'd be an amazing class.

I don't think they'll be able to pull Smith though. I think their chances with Randle and Smith are about the same.

I've seen a little of the Teague talk but not nearly as much as other prospects at this point.

you might be right, i guess there's really no way to tell. I think Teague just got an official schollie offer on Friday, so its still early with him.

At first, I thought you were making shite up, but I went to BOL and see that Tim Watts did use the exact same percentages for Randle. Anyway, Tim apparently shares my view on Randle.
