Not going to admonish your comment because I'd likely feel the same way if I knew a recruit personally. That said, this is a recruiting board where prospects are talked up and talked down by posters. It's part of the culture of recruiting message boards. Any of us knowing a recruit personally isn't going to stop that from happening. Have to let some of those comments go, particularly one as innocent as that one. This kid is going to critiqued on this board if he is an LSU caliber guy. Tigerbru's approval is good enough for me. I almost asked about him the other day but couldn't remember which poster had previously spoken highly of him. Believe he's also high on Brandon Williams and so am I. Would genuinely like some info about Burrle and why his name is rarely, if ever, mentioned as a potential recruit for our staff.

Overreaction? Maybe idk... But like I said I know this kid personally and he is one of the most humblest kids you would ever want to meet. He’s not into himself in any kind of way and is a yes sir no sir kind of kid. He’s not going to screw around with his recruitment not play around with coaches like some of these kids do.
I say that to say this.... I’ve been a poster on this board for years and I know how posters shite on these recruits for not choosing LSU and that is a fact. So did I over speak when someone said he was overrated? Maybe... But I know how shite snowballs on this board from one comment to another especially if that poster doesn’t feel like the player is doing what it is that they feel he should be doing and that’s BS. So if I offended someone I apologize but just be clear he is a very good kid and I won’t take to anyone speaking negatively about him. That’s all I’ll say about it.
