Which Manning do you speak of?
In 1993 for the 1994 Signing Class Josh Booty was not only the #1 ranked QB in America he was the #1 ranked Football & Baseball recruit in America. If internet would have existed in 1993 Josh Booty would have been the highest ranked recruit ever out of Louisiana still to this day and the highest rated recruit to ever sign with LSU. Peyton Manning was the 2nd Ranked QB in America that year.
