No, they don’t count.
Maybe we will see this kid on the field one day, even if it’s just mop up or special teams. Smart move to make a low risk play on the kid brother too. Nice. Very nice.

PWO Preferred Walk-On Does not count against the 85 limit. The 85 limit is scholarship athletes, not walk-ons.
