re: 2015 depth chart "could" be God-like: I really need help with the trenches

Quinn should be a damn 5* an to me he is. So we will have 5*'s across the board at WR and a 6* RB.... Cam is going to have a field day with these guys.
Yes on all of this.

I know lol. I got to a point where I stopped listing them because we will have a load.

Two things. Beckwith will be starting at DE so you are off there and Bain will be the #1 DT on our roster by that point and he will go pro after that season.
You think they really stick to that? I'd rather not be light in the arse at MLB again next year. You think Bain beats out Willis, Godchaux, Gilmore, LaCouture? I had him up there until I looked at it again. I have no idea how many will switch positions which is why It looks so rough.

What about Mr. Diarse?

I like him too but when you have Peterson, Upchurch, Chark, plus whoever we get in 2015, it's hard to put who would jump who.
I feel confident that those five will be top of the chart.

I thought Williams was a no go cuz LSU didn't want him at running back?
I'm pretty sure if he committed LSU would come to their senses and realize how good he is once they put him through the ringer.

From reports look for Bain to follow in Brockers footsteps. RS then 2 very good years..

I expect Riley to be in the 2-deep by then (actually, I expect him to be a starter). Plus, Tolliver's talent will have him pressing for playing time as soon as he arrives on campus.

I think if Cam can develop him, B Harris may take Jennings' position. He's ridiculously talented. And Noil won't be behind Kevin Spears. Don't forget Deondre Clark either. Not to mention Battle and Voorhies will be there too. And kevin Toliver as well. #Loaded.

And probably we have a better shot at having Chark at TE as opposed to Nacho. Which is fine by me because Chark is a great athlete.

i remember a thread similar 2 years ago after the 2011 class was signed, and we're 7-3

lol this happens every year...our fans jizz their paints thinking about next years depth and that other school is winning national championship after national champisonship.

Who?? I wasn't on here and the defensive haul of that class was a Freak and Rasco, that's it. This class will be a thousand times better if we can land these guys. You can say what you want but
4* Kenny Young
4* Edward Paris
4* Devin Voorhies
4* Davon Godchaux
4* Deandre Clark
4* Garrald McDowell
5* Gerald Willis
5* Clifton Garrett
5* Hootie Jones
5* Tony Brown
5* Adoree Jackson (possible)
is a lot better defensive haul than
5* Anthony Johnson
4* Jermauria Rasco
4* Mickey Johnson
Also can you not tell how good the 2011 offensive haul was?
5* La'el Collins
5* Jarvis Landry
4* Zach Mettenberger
4* Odell Beckham Jr
4* Jeremy Hill (technically 2012 commit but you know)
4* Kenny Hilliard
5 of these 6 will go in the first 3 rounds of this year's draft.
Mett will finish with near 3500 yards
Beckham will finish with over 3000 All purpose yards, over 1300 of it will be receiving with 11 TDs
Landry will finish with over 1200 yards and 12 TD
Hill will finish with over 1300 rush yards, 200 receiving yards and 18 rushing TDs
The problem with why we are having so bad of a year on defensive is because we had back to back weak defensive class hauls, and we lost our last great defensive class of 2009. That perfect storm culminated into playing weeeeell below LSU standards.
The majority of our star power from 2011 was on O and you see it in full bloom so to speak. Our back to back strong defensive classes of 2013 & 2014 coupled with our strong 2014 class on O gives you a perfect storm for a National Championship. I am willing to ban bet a 2015 National Championship if our Depth chart is even close to that and Jennings/Rettig/Harris are the real deal.
