I'm just watching the Entergy outage map. Almost everything in Lakeview went red.

we havent even got any rain yet. Im hoping with the new hospital and entergy station right by us we wont lose power for long.

Looking at the Entergy map, it would suck to live on those single powerless streets right about now.

15-20 mph winds in Baton Rouge, without wind=Entergy blipping away. Wind must be affecting the transmission lines...oh wait, my entire neighborhood has underground utilities.

To say I am pessimistic would be an understatement.

I was outside and heard a creak from a tree on the neighboring property. bad news for us because it's right next to the power line...
