Newel Norman says anyone out driving today can expect to be challenged, especially if they pull into parking lots or empty businesses.

And again people are mentioning Grand Isle, but those people can handle these things like champs.

We can expect minor street flooding in old Jefferson and Fat City.
I don't know what else, but figured the most populous parish needed a thread.
