No, the wind coming from north pushed into the Gulf. The Delcambre canal is dry also. There are shrimp boats sitting in mud.

ok i got it to work..the longer video says that days later the barges popped back up to the top like holding a ball under water and letting it go..kinda crazy if you ask me..
