Love mine. It’s 100% DIY mostly from China. It was a science project, so I cheaped out on the pump and got an axial cam. I’ll upgrade to triplex next year.
Did whole thing 1/2 HP 1800 rpm 0.25 GPM 1000 psi. 10x 0.2mm nozzles. I’m still hitting the bypass at times so I’ll probably add 1x more 0.2 nozzle to get perfect steady state somewhere in the 800-1100 PSI range without hitting the unloader.

Well. I have little to no knowledge about what all you said so I guess I need to do a lot of reading.
1-10 how much does it help?

Depends on humidity. If temp isn’t 18-20 deg above dew point, might be more wet than anything else. Super cold and not wet at all once temp is 25 deg above dew point like right now in north Texas.
0.15mm nozzles will work in higher humidity but they don’t have much range. You’d want them within 3-4 ft of where you’re sitting.
