When do Lowes & HD normally put their soils on sale

Trying to remember what time of year the Miracle grow and other soils go on sale. Trying to decide to wait or not.

Seems like they have it around memorial day from what I remember.
Last year Lowe's also had the same sale later in the summer. I mulched my garden, and it was cheaper than buying mulch by the yard.
