Wet fence line plants/shrubs

I need help figuring out what to plant in an area that doesn't drain well. Anyone have any good ideas?

Use native bog plants. Iris, native hibiscus, pond cypress, etc

If you're looking for a screen, I'm having the same issue. Cypress trees might be the only solution, but it doesn't provide the greatest screen.
