I know this is a retarded question, but where/how do I buy blinds for windows that are non-standard measurements. Both my kitchen and bedroom have windows that are weird sizes.

LEVOLOR makes blinds that you can have cut to a specific width if that's what you're looking for. We have sets of the 2" faux wood blinds from Lowe's that you cut at the store, you just need to measure your window correctly (top, middle, bottom widths) and have Lowe's put it in their machine.
To make the blinds shorter, you will need to remove some of the slats (easy to do as well, with instructions) and reassemble the blinds.
We have weird windows as well and it's very easy to do. We had the luxury of having old blinds that just needed a new set and didn't have to worry about installing a new mounting bracket for them. Simply picked out the size we needed, cut it, and swapped.
I believe you can custom order them online as well. I forget the exact measurement you need but I believe you need a least 1/4" less on the width of your blinds than what your most narrow section of your window.
