My bermuda is in the very slow growing stage due to no rain and the temperature. Should I water it in the morning or in the evening? I will have to water different sections each day to get it done. I normally water it about 30 minutes in each section. I use a tripod type of sprinkler.

Most people will recommend watering in the morning to avoid the possibility of promoting fungal disease from letting the ground sit wet overnight

typically you should only water early in the AM, but the only way to know timing for your sprinkler would be to put a couple of cups in your yard and measure the water depth after a certain amount of time. so after 30 minutes, if you have 1/4 inch then you know how long you need to water for a desired amount.

and more, less often is generally what you want. so instead of 1/4 inch 4 days in a row, you could shoot for 1 inch every 4 days (TWSS)

Early morning works best in my experience.

Early morning before sunrise to break the up the dew/fungus cycle and have some time to soak in before full sun/heat.
