have used this guy for several things over the years - had the main bust at the street in freezing temps, he fixed for a couple hundred bucks - plumber quoted 1500
he thinks the main is going to be connected to a copper pipe inside that big green pipe

Shut the water off going into the house and see if the meter is still turning. If yes, it’s between the meter and that valve. If no, it’s under your slab. Ask me how I know.

Ended up getting a plumber out this afternoon, identified a leak under foundation that was not the main line...5k plus sheet rock repair. Dug hole for nothing trying to save a buck

Don't get down on yourself for trying to figure stuff out on your own, brother. It's part of owning a house.

It wasn't for nothing. You discovered the mystery of the two lines.

It's two mains with separate shut off valves, they said my water pressure was way to high between 95-100, most homes are 75-80..heard that several years ago getting work done

Finally repaired today, leak under foundation between kitchen sink and half bath sink. They accessed pipes behind bathroom sink in laundry room and went up and over through ceilings to get on kitchen wall and through cabinets- they used PEX. Rest of house is CVPC which he says is ticking time bomb. 4,900 but it's done. Thanks for all the recommendations.

this is why you always go exposed/overhead on supply. It’s under pressure it does not need to be under the slab
my house is 50+ years old and every supply line is accessible.
