Unfinished Slab (pic included)

Is there any way to seal / refinish this slab in my out door man area? It creates concrete dust during high traffic times.

Get everything off the floor, scrub it clean with a good degreaser, and seal it with any commercially available concrete sealer.
If it's in an enclosed space where you don't park things with hot tires it will last at least 10 years. High traffic areas will wear thru the sealer over time.
