Triazicide Garden Insect Killer

Anyone ever use this stuff? Been having a problem with something tearing up my basil. Sprayed a very light misting of this on it and my tomatoes this morning. It's 1100 and the leaves of both the basil and tomato plants are black and wilted. Judging by some of the leaves that haven't turned black yet, it looks like it broke down the cell membranes of the leaves. I'm assuming that's not supposed to happen?
