Ladies & Gents - my condo has just under 2k sq ft of tile and I'm in the market for a home steam cleaner. Amazon has several in the $200-$300-$400 range (Bissell, Dupray, Shark, etc.) and all are rated very highly. Any recommendations and rationale much appreciated - thanks in advance.

Are those used mostly for the tile or the grout?

I'm plan to use it for both but primarily to keep the tile clean.

I'd be careful using it for the grout actually. I have an older model Shark that I used to clean my bathroom floor tile and it started to discolor my white grout in my bathroom.

So I used a vinegar concoction to essentially bleach it back then re-sealed the grout lines after it dried.

The new Shark models are pretty good FYI.
