I’ve had two.
Rinnai outside and it died in a freeze where we lost power. I have a Takagi inside and like it a lot. Really efficient. My one gripe with it is that it fires up then cuts off then fires up again and can give you a split second of cold. I just wait 5 seconds after hearing it fire up the second time.probably a setting
