Swimming pool drainage, liner issue with question.

We have an inground pool about 30 feet from the back porch. We live in an area that is low, but doesn't flood. Every year when we have a heavy rain sections of the liner pops out. I can't fix the pop outs.
We have 4 gutter spouts that come down from the roof within the pool area from the back porch. I'm thinking of getting hose, attaching it to the downspouts and diverting the water away from the pool area. It would only be in use temporarily while its raining and then i'd take the hoses off. (There's too many electric lines to avoid with making it an underground thing.)
Is this a decent idea? Do you think it will work at least sometimes?
Wish I could go back in time and say, "Yes, I do want a built in sup-pump."
My thinking is that it may work in a borderline situation, but you really can't affect the water table rising in an area for long.

Water is getting behind the liner
Prevent it

I assume that would be from cracks in the bed of the pool itself? And the only way to do that would be to completely remove the liner and have someone come in and repair the cracks?
Pool just had that done last year. I guess they didn't do a good job?

Did you get a warranty on it?

No. Was told it would happen again probably if I didn’t get a sup pump
