Arc, sub and ones in living room. Beam outside. You won’t regret it. You will likely create an obsession and find reasons to buy more speakers to add to your collection.
That is EXACTLY what I bought
Also I added two more 1s for outside (or wherever really) and the portable set (move & roam) thanks to the “might as well” guy

Why would you need a Move and a Roam? I have a relatively small area. Right now I use a JBL bluetooth speaker to play music off my phone and it works fine unless we have a lot of people over. I'm thinking of purchasing a Move (or maybe 2) and wondering if I would need anything else. This would just be for listening to music around the pool.

I'm installing in ceiling patio speakers and an outdoor TV. The tv i'm using is old and the tv speaker itself is crap. Would my best bet be to buy a Sonos soundbar and the Sonos amp to tie into the in ceiling speakers? Do they all connect via the sonos app (wifi/bluetooth)?

I have a front porch, 28x24 carport, 24x42 covered patio, and 21x24 screened in porch. The move is for the gatherings, the roam is for coffee on the front porch.
If you have a relatively small area, the JBL is good for small gatherings. The move is perfect for outdoors by the pool. You can always start with one and then add another if you feel you need it. You can sync the moves together to play the same sound.

I’m this guy, too. With some additonal 1s throughout the house.
It’s easy to set up and as previously mentioned, super versatile. And it straight up throws down. Big fan.
