Small pedal/trolling boat “dock”

In my neighborhood, we have a decent sized lake that several houses back up to. Most neighbors have a little trolling boat or leisure pedal boat.

We have one, as well, but it can be difficult to get in and out of the boat with such a steep slope to our backyard.

Has anyone on here constructed a “dock” of sorts for small boats like this? Our HOA doesn’t allow full-blown docks into the water, but it looks like some neighbors have small docks that go to their property line. Looking for ideas.
