Just looking at my yard and there's a lot of erosion primarily in the backyard I want to get taken care of, along with topdressing. Probably going to get 4 yards minimum

Is your backyard sloped or not? You may have a soil issue (compaction), or your soil may be hydrohobic (repelling water) you have to know what type soil you have but my guess is you need to aerate and get some organic matter down

From my fence line along the middle of my house to the back of the backyard, the land clearly drops off a few inches. There's also a noticeable missing few inches at the edge of my house. I shouldn't be able to see under some of my slab.
