I purchased a 5 lb jug of water dispensable granules 4 years ago and have plenty left. Seems that the internet says the shelf life is 3 years if kept in the jug and dry, although this seems to be the general answer for many things.

Anyone have experience on the efficacy after 3 years? I’m going to test it out this spring starting with the first of a split application this weekend.

I bought the same thing and split with a friend for this reason. When doing my research, others have said that it’s still effective 7 years later.

Of course this is hard to gauge as it’s not 100% effective to begin with. I’d still use if I were you, not sure if using more than the label calls for would be beneficial or harmful though in case it’s lost some potency. Others on here may know more.
