Patio roof covering options?

I have a covered roof are that had a tree fall directly on it during a storm about 7-8 years ago. Insurance took care of it and the crew did a pretty decent job getting it repaired.
Since that time, some small leaks have appeared. The patio cover is about 10' x 25' with simple decking and the rolled asphalt roofing shingles.
I'm not trying to sink too much money into the project because I'll be moving however would like some input if anyone has any ideas on how to stop the leaks.
Was thinking about Liquid Rubber brush on but I'm not sure how durable it is. The leaks are coming in from the nail holes I believe.
Any input would be appreciated! TIA
