In one of our rental units, the main burner on an electric stove has stopped working.
Do you guys know if all burner elements are the same or is there voltage/amp differences between the different models?
TIA

The voltage should be the same...220 Volts. But Wattage varies as well as size.
Get the model number and an applicance supply should be able to hook you up with the correct element.
Make sure and unplug before changing as power can still be present even with oven off. I know!

In Baton Rouge you can take your make and model to Ideal Appliance on Florida Blvd and they can tell you which part you need and they usually have the part in stock.

Appreciate the input fellas. I’m going to slap a continuity tester on there this weekend and hope that’s the issue
