Neighborhood Lawn irrigation well cost?

Had a guy come over to give me an estimate to install an irrigation well, he said its going to be over 25 ft so it needs to be a jet pump.

I don't have a lot of options so I'm pretty fricked on using him. I was just curious what the ball park price is?

Also, he said he would hook it up to my electrical panel if I'm there and turn it on. Is it worth getting an electrician to help me there? Any other advice? I'll be trenching and installing my system I've got some experience doing that part just not with the actual pump.
