Try Lafayette Woodworks. Have a buddy who worked there for awhile, and got them to do some board and batten shutters for me. They turned out great and still look good after several years. They also do louvered shutters, but those were out of my budget. Business is located in Lafayette, but they delivered to my home in Baton Rouge.
