Mosquito detergents/traps/misting systems

In the process of doing fairly substantial work on my back yard and want to add something to minimize the mosquitos once warmer weather gets here.
I have a pool and landscaping in a fenced yard, but there is a wooded area directly behind the house.
Options out there in the market that I've researched:
1) Misting systems - do you get the performance for the install and maintenance cost? Those that have them have, pros/cons?
2) Mosquito magnet system - how well do these work. I've seen them range anywhere from $300-$600 and you have to fill the propane bottle monthly.
3) Mosquito eradicater - inexpensive but the reviews are all over the place whether they actually work or not
4) thermacell - had one of these this past fall with decent success in small areas but I dont see this as a solution for a larger area
