Leafhopper help - what’s the best insecticide

I recently won the battle against armyworms (combination of Bifen treatment then Triazicide treatment), but now I have thousands of leafhoppers when I walk through the yard.
It appears that damage is spreading in my Bermuda. I would have thought the 2 treatments I did would have prevented a leafhopper infestation but it didn’t.
What’s the best insecticide you’ve used to get rid of them quickly?

Damnit. Those armyworms are back. I saw some on the driveway as I mowed the lawn today. I’ll put out some spectracide from Lowe’s tomorrow.
No visible damage yet so I assume they recently hatched, and the ones I saw were pretty small. Oh, the life of wanting a nice lawn.
