How to remove coax with security sleeve without special tool?

Anyone have some tips? My cable company isn’t open until Monday at 10am and I think I have a bad cable. No one locally has the tool best as I can tell? Surprised hardware stores don’t carry them, but maybe it’s under a different name than I know? I see coax F tool and Coax security key online.

I used to remove them with a large paperclip.
The inside has two slots. If you can engage them, the sleeve will unscrew.
