Help With Identifying Carpet Manufacturer

Afternoon All,
A friend of mine is trying to replace some of his carpet that got destroyed in Ida, but he doesn't know the manufacturer. He at least found some info on the underside of a piece {see photos below)
Looks like they say:
NYS DOS 09680-900321-3008
RN# 17735
Any clues, suggestions, etc. for who the company is are greatly appreciated!

I would take it to a flooring store and see if they can help you find that carpet or one very similar.

The RN belongs to World Carpets.
