Cost per square foot for new residential framing?

Project is roughly 1700 square feet in the Lower 9th in Nola.

What is a reasonable budget for a 3-man crew?

I would have to say $5-$7 a sf is the going rate today. Different variables though could change it. Slab house or pillars etc.

Paying $9.00 in Alexandria right now. 3400 heated, 2 story home. 9ft ceilings
